Constitutions and treaties have lasted hundreds of years. Thus, it's the content rather than the makeup of mechanism that defeats the other.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hypothesis 3: It's a game. A fist looks like a rock. A flat hand looks like a piece of paper. And the sideways bunny ears look like scissors.
